Feedback Procedure
Our commitment
We aim to ensure that:
- Giving feedback (including making complaints) is easy.
- Receipt of feedback is acknowledged within two working days.
- Any complaints are promptly investigated by a senior manager.
- Complainants receive investigation feedback within ten working days that includes detail of action taken to rectify the situation and prevent reoccurrence.
- If there are any delays in the investigation process, the complainant will be informed of progress.
- Feedback is used to improve our survey service.
